Thank you for your interest in purchasing Gaiam Pro products for your wholesale business.
The requirements for opening a Gaiam Pro wholesale account are as follows:
- You must provide documentation of a valid business license, seller's permit or a tax form with a tax ID printed. In order to receive tax exempt status, you must provide a Certificate of Exemption.
- You may fax or email these forms to us. - Your opening order and subsequent orders must be a minimum of $150 in merchandise at suggested retail price to receive a wholesale discount.
- All orders must be prepaid with a credit card at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks or money orders are acceptable through mail orders only.

FAQs
How do I qualify for Gaiam Pro purchases?
If your purchases will total more than $10,000 annually, please contact Gaiam Americas Trade division at 1-800-482-3815. If the total of your annual purchases will be less than $10,000, Gaiam Pro will handle the account. Gaiam Pro requires business verification for wholesale purchases. We MUST receive one of the following:
- Sales and Use tax certificate (a.k.a. Resale Tax ID#, Seller's Permit)
- Federal ID # (also referred to as an E.I.N., which stands for Employer Identification Number) on official government paperwork (Social Security # not acceptable)
- Copy of city business license
- Certificate from Professional Yoga/Pilates Organization with customer's name on it ,along with a class schedule. (For yoga instructors)
How do international customers qualify for wholesale discounts?
The wholesale program doesn't apply to international customers. There is a wholesale contact for Canadian customers.

Do I qualify for Gaiam Pro purchases because I received a Gaiam Pro Catalog?
A customer IS NOT automatically qualified to purchase wholesale from the Gaiam Pro catalog because they received a catalog. All customers must submit the required documents to be approved for wholesale purchasing.

What are the order minimums?
We require a minimum dollar amount for each purchase. The first purchase must be a minimum of $150, with each subsequent order a minimum of $150. There are no minimums for the number of individual items purchased.
Are all of the items Gaiam sells available for wholesale?
Only Gaiam proprietary products featured in the Gaiam Pro catalog and order form are available for wholesale discounts. No home line products are available at this time.
Do all the items come in retail packaging?
Some items may come as raw product (no retail packaging).
What is Fish Crane?
Gaiam Pro was formerly known as Gaiam Fish Crane catalog for yoga professionals, founded in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1992, which became part of the Gaiam family in June 2000. The Fish Crane name was changed to Gaiam Pro in June 2004.
What is your return policy?
Gaiam Pro's returns department must receive any unopened returns within 30 days from the date of receiving the order. Returns will be processed for a full refund or credit, less shipping charges.
How/where do you ship?
Gaiam Pro will ship standard deliveries by Fed Ex Ground within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and territorial islands will ship the best way through Freight, USPS or Fed Ex. We also use a variety of freight companies for large size orders exceeding 100 lb. Express delivery is also available. All shipping charges will be based upon the weight of the order. Shipping fees may increase slightly for some oversized items ordered.
Does Gaiam drop ship?
Gaiam doesn't drop ship.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Orders placed by phone, fax or email must be prepaid using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders placed by mail can be prepaid using a credit card, check or money order.
Do you have credit terms?
We do not have credit terms; all phone, faxed or emailed orders must be paid by credit card at the time of purchase, mail orders may be paid by check or money order.
